User Research

During the process, I was able to interviewed 2 users (age 21 and 22,) they often used the Starbucks App to order ahead. They have identified 3 main pain points while using the app.


  1. Navigation through the current interface can be difficult in a rush

  2. Advertisements taking over the main page instead of most used features

  3. Unable to directly share order information in the app when group ordering
